Choose how and when you receive updates: email, SMS, or in-app. Set your preferred contact method for each event type.

Availability Works

Your Preferences, specifically availability, determine the events you will see on your Map Filter. If you have dates that are blocked out, it is most likely that instead of seeing a RED pin (available Event), you will instead see a red outline of an Event that is NOT available.

Custom Event Preferences

Make your forms yours with custom Logo, custom Agreements (Waiver, Agreement), Side by Side Applicant compare (up to four/ with your Event Preferences as control, Add Custom Requirements), all for only $25 per Event.

Approval Stages

Assign Team Members to Approve Applicants for an Event. You may approve Invitees or Applicants over a period of time, until your quota has been filled.

Roles, Authorities, Permissions

Clearly, the Organization Authorizes Principal positions in the Organization Backend, with the CEO, Owner, Director the supreme Authority, not only for the Organization and its other assigned Team, but also for every Sport, Organization Preferences and Event subsequently authorized by the Organization. Once a Sport is chosen, an Event can be created, with its own set of Preferences for the Applicant Preferences to match.
